Strengths Workshop: Enhancing relationships through Positive Psychology

Identify, build, and facilitate strengths use in relationships in this workshop led by Suzie Pileggi Pawelski.

Research has shown maintaining strong bonds with family members, romantic partners, friends, and co-workers is critical for wellbeing. Much like we can use a gym to maintain the body, positive psychology can be used as a “relationship gym” to nurture our bonds with good habits and new skills.

Suzie Pileggi Pawelski is a wellbeing consultant specialising in the science of happiness and its effects on relationships and health. She is the co-author of ‘Happy Together: Using the Science of Positive Psychology to Build Love That Lasts’.
